On Furlough
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Circadian Diurnal Supply is suspending daily operations to concentrate on…
Who am I kidding.
I don’t have time right now. And, it seems, we’d pretty much like to fire every day that comes down the pike. So, assume that if you want to fire today, go ahead and fire it. It’s been a pretty crappy year for a lot of folks that I know, and that’s influencing the polls heavily, meaning that there’s not a lot to look up toward in the comments or in the polls.
So, I’m taking it down for a bit, hoping folks’ lives will look up a bit and we can fire fewer and fewer days.
Thanks,

Fired.
Thanks for coming by on your way out, Wednesday. Don’t bother coming back. Ever. Your behavior was atrocious today, and you damaged our working relationships of a number of staff members. People we like. People that come back day in and day out. That can’t stand.
So we cut you. You’re out and gone. Don’t bother going back to your desk, I had security send your box out front. Where they soaked it in kerosene and set it ablaze. Sue us if you’d like.
Jasra wrote in, “Fired, with cause. Enough cause that I’m going to take a partial sick day and hide under the blankets for a little while.”
Chaoticfluffy tapped out, “I’m sorry, Wednesday, but I just can’t take it anymore. Please come a step closer so I can slash you again and again with this shard of the broken coffeepot that I’ve been saving for just this purpose.”
Kristen pecked, “Missed bus? Check.
Frigid office? Check.
Unhelpful coworkers? Check.
Migraine? Check.
FIRED.”
Bye Wednesday. Not good. Just bye.
